RO System Controllers are available to upgrade and retrofit your existing system, regardless of brand. The iControl controllers are proven to be the most reliable and cost-effective choice. Sea-R.O. has been using these in our own brand for over a decade and have provided many more to engineers and technicians to replace other brands which are known to be unreliable and problematic. Most RO systems use similar pressure switches, control valves, and contactors that can easily be used with these controllers and will provide a great improvement to your equipment at a fraction of the cost.

Features include:

• Water Quality read out in PPM/TDS.
• Automatic product water diversion at preset of <500 PPM/TDS.
• LP and HP pressure faults.
• Hour meter with service flag alarm for oil change reminder.
• Preflush for 60 seconds before HP pump starts.
• Automatic recurring Fresh Water Flush for 5 minutes at end of running cycle, and then every 7 days when system is idle.
• Controllers are available without internal switch gear if you are reusing existing components, or complete “loaded” controllers built for your specification as a “plug and play” replacement.
• Standard systems are dual voltage 115/230/60/1 and can be adapted for existing systems with 12VDC or 24VDC/VAC.
• Remote Control option is also available if a second control station is required
• Systems are preprogrammed for normal yacht or land-based installations and can be controlled by a simple float switch on land-based systems.
