We at Electric City Co. Ltd. have been working with Sea R.O. Inc. out here in the Bahamas for a period of about eight years now. We normally Work directly with the CEO, Bill Conry. We have developed a great working relationship. When you deal with Sea R.O. Inc., you will find that they make you feel like you are their only customer and that you are their highest priority in any event.
We have had a few submersible pump motors go bad prematurely. Sea R.O. always went past the normal perimeters to make sure that we not only got the submersible pump motor, but that we got the new motor out here in the Bahamas as soon as possible. They also take most cost efficient way possible in getting them expedited. Most important they stand by the products that they sell and the covered the motors under warranty.
There have been many times over our 8 year Relationship where the situation would arise, that we would have a problem with a Reverse Osmosis System that we have annual service contract with, and the home owners were staying on the property at that time. Every time that this has happened, the Staff at Sea R.O. Inc. would go and do whatever it took to make sure that our Customer had NO DOWN TIME with their system. We have never had a Customer go without water as a result.
The Staff at Sea R.O. will take the initiative to locate, pick-up and drop off whatever part that we needed to the Airplane and have it expedited over to us within a day or two. What a tremendous feeling, to know that they always have Electric City’s and our customers back.
We’ve had Excellent results with Sea R.O. Inc. and their Services. They have to be a 5 Star Company to meet the needs of our Company and the needs of our Clientele. I would boldly say that they are a 5 star company. We are very happy to represent Sea R.O. Inc. here in the Bahamas.
